  • We do not accept returns for products purchased in our retail store, but please let us know if a certain product or supplement does not work for you and we will try our best to find a solution.

  • We ask that you please let us know if you are unable to make it to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re running late to your appointment, just text us at (432) 222-4288.

Services, Memberships, and Packages

  • No, however please know it will take time for us to set up your service if you do not have an appointment.

  • Please call, text, or email us to purchase a Simply Circle membership or services package. Or, feel free to purchase next time you are in store!

  • Looking to save time? IVs and foot soaks can be performed at the same time!

  • The membership has a 3 month minimum commitment. Founding memberships included.

  • No!

  • We recommend a Myers IV for all first timers.

  • Benefits typically last from 10-14 days.

  • No, we recommend taking a break from the supplements that were included in your IV for 10-14 days, unless you are feeling sick. When in doubt, ask one of our medical providers!

  • Please arrive in loose clothing that is easy to put on after your session. Once inside the sauna, you can wear as little or as much as you’d like. A cold/wet towel will be provided for you to wipe off with and rinse off the toxins.

  • Yes! We have one two-person sauna. Please note, each person will be charged for their session.

  • Certain IVs and injections are appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We also allow saunaing for breastfeeding women. Please speak with one of our medical providers.
